These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Rachael Wilson aesthetics to you the client 

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1- Consultation

• A consultation is required before any new treatment to assess suitability and discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives.
• All clients must provide accurate medical information and update us regarding any changes to their health or medication.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best interest or if contraindications are present.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, by phone, or in person.
• All treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• The deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Please wait in your car until your appointment time if you arrive early.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and fees may apply.

6. Payments

• Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
• We accept cash, card payment or bank transfer. If choosing bank transfer please make payment before attending your appointment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Medical Contraindications & Results

• All treatments are subject to individual suitability and medical assessment.
• Results vary between clients and cannot be guaranteed.
• You may be advised to delay, cancel, or adjust treatment based on medical evaluation or healing response.
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided to achieve optimal results.

8. Adverse Reactions & Complications

• Although rare, all aesthetic procedures carry potential risks. These will be discussed during consultation.
• In the event of an adverse reaction or complication, please contact us immediately.
• We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice, or if you seek corrective treatment elsewhere.

9. Refunds

• Treatments and services are non-refundable, as results are subjective and variable.
• Refunds are only issued in cases where treatment was not performed due to practitioner cancellation

10. Photography & Confidentiality

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical documentation and progress tracking.
• With your consent, images may be used for marketing or educational purposes.
• All client records are handled in accordance with data protection and confidentiality laws (e.g., GDPR).

11. Age & Consent

• Clients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments.
• Proof of age may be requested.
• You will be asked to sign a consent form before any procedure.

12. Liability

• The practitioner will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
• We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury caused by failure to follow our advice or by third-party products used post-treatment.

13. Right to Refuse Treatment

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone demonstrating aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, or if treatment is deemed unsuitable.
